Shipping to some International destinations (e.g. Germany) requires customs duties & taxes to be paid 48 hours after order fulfilment.
My Order Has Been Returned:
If your parcel is returned to us for any reason—such as an incorrect postal address, no one being available to collect the package, failure to redirect the item from the post office, or unpaid customs duties and taxes—you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fee to have your items re-sent. This is because the initial shipment cost has already been used, and we need to generate a new shipping label, which incurs an extra charge. As these issues are not Puff Babe’s fault, we cannot issue refunds in these circumstances. Please ensure all delivery details and requirements are correct to avoid any problems. You have 28 days from the purchase date to request re-shipment; after this period, we cannot process your request.
